Lakeview Community Schools is committed to providing our students with the tools and resources that will enhance their learning. As part of this commitment, students will be provided with an electronic device for educational use.

The Technology Handbook is now incorporated into the Student Handbooks, so there is no longer a separate technology permission form that needs to be completed.

Parents and guardians will also have the opportunity to purchase device insurance to help cover the cost of repairs or replacement if a student device is damaged. We ask that all students return the insurance form, regardless of whether you choose to purchase the insurance.

Funds collected through the device insurance program help offset the costs associated with the repair and replacement of student devices.

Please note that if device insurance is not purchased and the device is damaged or lost, the parent will be responsible for the full cost of replacement or repairs.
